We retain ownership of underlying tools, templates, frameworks, and processes developed prior to or independently of your project.
You grant us a license to use your brand name, logo, and provided materials for the purpose of delivering our services and, where agreed, for case studies or portfolio examples.
Our services frequently involve third-party platforms such as search engines, social networks, and advertising networks. We do not control these platforms and cannot guarantee specific placement, performance, or continued availability of features.
You agree to comply with the terms of any third-party platform used in connection with your campaigns, and you are responsible for any account you own or control.
While we apply proven strategies and local market expertise to help your business grow, marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue, and we make no warranties regarding the results of any campaign.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sigl Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
We treat your business information with care and do not disclose confidential details to third parties except as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law. This does not apply to information that is already public or independently developed.
Either party may end an engagement according to the termination terms in the service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date, and we will provide reasonable transition support as outlined in your agreement.
